Leadership Profiles

Dr. James Couch
Medical Director

I believe the key to good health is having a personalized partnership with each of my patients by caring, listening, educating and advocating for them.  As a board-certified family physician, I see all age groups from newborns to seniors, working to help them achieve their optimal health.

I have been affiliated with Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation for over 10 years serving as an attending physician and Medical Director. My main role is to oversee the medical care and services, assuring your loved one receives adequate care based on the most recognized care practices.

I am affiliated with Maury Regional Medical Center and see patients from all over middle Tennessee. Thank you for considering Magnolia Healthcare for all of your post-acute care needs!

Meagan Terry, RN
Director of Nursing

Meagan Terry has been in healthcare for over 20 years, mainly working with geriatrics, LTC, SNF, and acute care. Meagan started her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant, before obtaining her LPN degree, working as an LPN for 10 years before returning to school an earning her Registered Nurse degree. Meagan’s strengths in nursing are wound care, acute care, chronic disease management, and quality improvement. Meagan explains her passion for Long-Term Care by saying, “This truly is my passion and a labor of love. I always say, ‘I didn’t choose nursing, nursing chose me’, and I’m so grateful I was chosen.”

Connor McChurch, MBA
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Connor McChurch has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for 10 years and holds a graduate degree from Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. Connor discovered his passion for Long-Term Care leadership through a family tragedy; the loss of his best friend, hero, and oldest brother Tyler in 2013. In what can only be described as divine intervention, Connor believes his late brother directly led him to the profession. Today, Connor has directly overseen more than 20 Skilled Nursing Centers as both an Administrator and as a Regional Vice President. “I take what I do personally”, Connor explains. “If I am not doing the best job I can for the center, many residents, staff, and stakeholders are impacted – I see my responsibility as an honor!” Connor resides in Middle Tennessee with his wife Kayla. Together, they have two children – Sam (8) and Rylee (5).
